2017: A Quick Fullerverse Year in Review

Happy New Year, Fullerverse fans!!!!! It’s been quite the year for the ‘verse and this upcoming year is just going to be even better. Now even though it is already 2018, it’s sort of nice to reflect upon the past year and what happened month by month. So here is a small year in review of what happened in the Fullerverse in 2017.

January – no updates, just anticipation for American Gods

February – American Gods’ premiere date set for April 30th; first AG poster released

March – American Gods SXSW panel with full cast; first trailer for American Gods released; first images of characters released; Patton Oswalt, Kumail Nanjiani, Emily Gordon and Jane Goldman announced to be in Amazing Stories

April – American Gods premiers with very positive reviews

May – American Gods renewed for a second season

June – American Gods season finale

July – Bryan Fuller wins achievement award at Outfest for LGBT+ representation

August – Bryan Fuller and Martha De Laurentiis tease Hannibal’s return by stating they’ve started talks for a season 4

September – American Gods DVD/BluRay set to be released in October

October – Bryan Fuller makes appearance on Food Network’s Halloween Wars as a judge; American Gods DVD/BluRay released; Apple announces that it will stream Amazing Stories

November – Michael Green and Bryan Fuller announce their departure from American Gods

December – no updates besides anticipation for Amazing Stories

It was a year of beginnings and ends with a whole lot of content in between. 2017 was truly a good year for the Fullerverse and I have high hopes for 2018. So stay tuned because this year is gonna be a good one!!
